3rd Annual LeBaron Family Polar Dip Plunge

Yesterday afternoon we had our 3rd Annual LeBaron Family Polar Dip Plunge! It was three years ago this week that we took the first plunge into our new pool and yesterday the tradition continued on! We had a gorgeous sunny day for our plunge and the pool water temperature was a balmy 52.3 degrees! I am so glad that I am the official photographer of this event and we all know that water is not good for cameras so I sacrifice every year by staying dry so that we can document this fun event with pictures!

Here is a picture of 14 mighty, brave plungers before the took the dive into the cold water!

Getting ready to plunge.

Steve was the first one in and here he is doing a back flip.

Check out Lauryn's hair! She must have been jumping really fast!

Sadie's face says it all...."O-Brr"!

1 - 2 - 3 - Jump!

Rex taking the spread eagle plunge!

Steve's second plunge was a cannon ball!

Check out the splash Steve made with that cannon ball and got all those girls wet!

Steve set up the jacuzzi - a blow up swimming pool with warm water - so that the plungers could warm up a bit.

I provided all the brave plungers with a cup of hot chocolate. Here is Sadie, Adee and Sydney enjoying their hot chocolate.

Here is a fun video of our 3rd Annual LeBaron Family Polar Dip Plunge. Scroll down to the very bottom of this screen and pause the music before starting the video.
