This is going to be a crazy blog entry! We have a bunch of pictures that we wanted to post so here goes!
Mackenzie and Brooklyn are out of school for the next 5 days so we have planned something fun to do each day while they are out. Today we made Valentine sugar cookies. Happy Valentine's Day!
We have had quite a few really nice sunny and warm days lately. Not quite warm enough for me to go lay out in the sun. But one Saturday Mackenzie thought it was warm enough so she got her swim suit on and headed out to the backyard. Was it warm enough? Well notice the blanket covering her legs!!
Today we had a downpour of rain and then the rain stopped and the sun came out. Look what popped out behind the clouds! The most beautiful full rainbow. It was so pretty.
Mackenzie was asked out on a date with a fine young man in our ward - David. Here they are before their date. There were 4 couples that got together and went to David's house where they made cookies together and then they played a bunch of games. Mackenzie said that the date was a lot of fun. It's so fun to see these kids dating and having a fun teenage!

Your sugar cookies look so yummy, our family loves sugar cookies too. Mackenzie is a crazy girl thinking it was sunbathing weather, it's almost here I hope. Sure glad she had fun with David, very fun time in there lives experiencing dating. Love RAINBOWS,very breathtaking!!
