Family Home Evening - The Flour Game!

Tonight I was in charge of the game for Family Night. So we played the "flour" game that I used to play at Family Home Evening when I was a little girl.

To prepare the game you pack flour into a one cup measuring cup and carefully turn it upside down onto a plate. Then you place a dime on top of the mound of flour.

One at a time each person takes a turn slicing through the flour with a butter knife making sure they are careful to not make the dime fall. You want to be careful because if the dime falls when you cut through the flour, you have to pull the dime out of the pile of flour using only your mouth and teeth. Tonight we each sliced through the flour several times leaving only a small tower with the dime on top.

Steve was the lucky one that made the dime fall so he got to use only his mouth to pick up the dime off the plate!

Oh yum...flour!

What a cute flour face you have Steve! We love this game and play it from time to time during Family Home Evening and parties that our girls have! Doesn't this sound fun? Go play the flour game too!
