Thursday afternoon Brooklyn took her drive test. She has had her permit for about a year and had well over her 50 hours of practice driving so she was ready. But she was really nervous.
I waited inside the office for her while she went out driving with the instructor. When they got back from their drive Brooklyn gave me a thumbs up! I wanted to shout...YAHOO...but I waited until the instructor was inside and we were ready to leave.
Our next stop was to the Driver Licensing office to get Brooklyn's license.

To celebrate Brooklyn drove us to 7/11 for a free slurpee. Because it's a tradition in our family to go to 7/11 on 7/11 for a free slurpee!
